What is ZODIAQ?

ZODIAQ is a project which has its own bank and also has a SWIFT code and a license to open accounts and conduct any operations which include keeping accounts, making transfers both in crypto and in fiat currencies, as well as its own crypto exchange.

This is a project that would implement its own flexible platform. The main goal of ZODIAQ is to provide a ready solution to other players in the banking sector, implementation thereof will require minimal resources and it will lead to a significant network effect.

The ZODIAQ platform will have a technological and legal integration, and it will be able to connect a new player cheaper and faster.

The use of the technology of blocking in the basis of the system will increase the confidence in the service. This technology operates without centralized management, therefore, it is not affected by the cost and timing of transactions.

The strategic goal of ZODIAQ is to create a new financial infrastructure that will replace classical banks as a managing service for execution of transactions between the counterparties. By ensuring a decentralized storage of data inside the ZODIAQ, the platform will increase the level of protection of any data significantly. In the long term, with the development of the platform infrastructure and offices in different locations, blockchain of the technology, as well as promising cloud solutions, including quantum clouds, will be used as basic IT and telecom infrastructure.

The world banking system and, in particular, the ZODIAQ team sought this option. At this stage of implementation, the core of the bank becomes digital and becomes online. Banks become decentralized. As a result, any payment agents start communicating with each other. Blockchain platforms, banks, and payment services can be examples of search agencies. At this stage, everything around a decentralized blockchain platform is converted into an API channel. The core of the bank obtains a tool for integration with all types of payment agents. Zodiaq Crypto-Currency Exchange, abbreviated ZodEX, is part of the Zodiaq project and is an important infrastructure element, ZODIAQ decided to create its own exchange. At present, there is a wide range of prices on cryptocurrency transactions, which can reach 20% in some cases. ZODIAQ has developed an algorithm that takes exchange rates from 15 major exchanges, analyzes and offers the best price for the transaction.

Hedge fund is an independent company whose main task is to manage its own funds and attract funds, in order to provide additional profitability. By creating its own crypto-fiat liquidity, ZODIAQ's structure becomes an indispensable tool that allows instant exchange transactions in cross-currency pairs within the system to be completed within seconds. Hedge Fund will manage these assets by trying to increase them based on the fundamentals of market analysis, capital management rules and management risk.

Platform blockchain payment

The blockchain platform serves to spread the platform at home, rather than developing API services from scratch. Services provided by our blockchain platform:

This will be the first stable solution, which will allow the bank to accept crypto currency in its regular cycle.

Hard cap is the total amount of investment required, which makes 104.719 million USD. Fees are based on the total number of coins collected at the current exchange rate, in USD equivalent.

The soft cap is the minimum amount of investment attracted, which makes $ 1.5 million. If the fee amount does not meet the minimum score, all funds collected will be returned.
